After spending the weekend indulging in food and catching moments of cable cooking shows we decided to try our hands at Mac N Cheese. Inspired by Bobby Flay and fulfilled by Carmen, we feasted on everyone of those 5 cheeses.
Note:: The broccoli wall is there to divide the panccetta from its vegetarian counter-side.
